Slip assignments are decided by Marina staff. For group bookings, please contact the Marina office directly. The Marina staff will try and accommodate your needs the best we can but specific slip assignments are not guaranteed and guests may be required to move at the request of marina management.

TRANSIENT RESERVATION FEES
$1.85 per foot of slip length rented unless specified below. Transient fees are based off slip length, or boat length overall, whichever is greater. Vessels must not overhang requested slip (at discretion of management). Check-in time is 12 pm. Check out time is 11 am. Weekly rentals are considered 7 consecutive nights and must be prepaid for and is nonrefundable. Daily moorage must be prepaid. Slip fees are as follows:
- 30’ Slip: $55.50 + tax per night or $335 + tax per week
- 35’ Slip: $64.75 + tax per night or $390 + tax per week
- 40’ Slip: $74 + tax per night or $450 + tax per week
- 45’ Slip: $83.25 + tax per night or $500 + tax per week
- 50’ Slip: $92.50 + tax per night or $550 + tax per week
- 60’ Slip: $111 + tax per night or $650 + tax per week
- T-Docks or End Docks: $150 + tax per night or $800 + tax per week
ANNUAL PRICING AND SLIP FEES
- 30’: $2,750 + tax
- 35’: $3,300 + tax
- 40’: $4,000 + tax
- 45’: $4,500 + tax
- 50’: $5,500 + tax
- 55’: $5,800 + tax
- 60’: $6,300 + tax
- 65’: $6,800 + tax
- 80’: $8,500 + tax
- T-Docks: $120 per foot of LOA of vessels on T-Docks; includes all fun boats; 60’ minimum charge (To occupy a T-Dock, the total length of a vessel(s) must occupy a minimum of 75% of the total length of the T-Dock.)
- End Docks: $120 per foot on LOA + tax; minimum of 40-foot boat charge
- Boat Ports: $2,250
- Second Slip Rate: 50% off posted full price slip fee; no other discounts can be combined with second slip rate
