💧⚓ It’s happening… water is ON at Reefpoint Marina! ⚓💧

As of this morning, water has officially been turned on throughout the marina—another sure sign that boating season is HERE! 🙌

🚿 East Bath House will be up and running tomorrow morning
🚿 West Bath House will be ready to go on Monday
🚿 The MAIN bath house is up and running NOW

We’re getting closer every day and it’s all starting to come together!

🏁 The Marina Office will be open tomorrow from 9 AM – 2 PM, so swing by, say hi, and get checked in for the season!

As we head into the 2026 boating season, we’re proud to introduce the faces behind Reefpoint Marina—the leadership team working every day to make this your favorite place on Lake Michigan 💙❤️

✨ Carrie Reid – General Manager
14 seasons of leadership, growth, and vision. Carrie has successfully over doubled occupancy at Reefpoint and transformed the marina into a true destination—built on community, events, and exceptional service.

⚓️ Joe Patete – Dockmaster (4th Season)
A hands-on, all-in leader. Joe brings energy, grit, and calm-under-pressure leadership to daily operations, maintenance, and team success. A true asset to Reefpoint.

🌊 Skylar Bloom – Admin Manager (5th Season)
The heartbeat of the office and Ship Store. Skylar keeps everything running smoothly while delivering amazing customer service and helping bring our events to life. A familiar face many of you already know and love!

🔥 Blake Gallegos – Dockhand Supervisor (NEW!)
From dockhand to leader—Blake steps into management after 3 strong seasons. He’ll be leading weekend operations and supporting the dock crew alongside Joe. Congrats, Blake! 👏

💬 While this is our core management team, it takes a full crew to make Reefpoint what it is.
Each season, we bring on 20+ seasonal team members who help deliver the experience you know and love. We’re excited to welcome back familiar faces and introduce many new ones this year!
